Back Office - Intern ( Liaison Dept)

Role & responsibilities

1. Updating the license in the license tracker.

2. Uploading licenses in Pulse

3. Sending a copy of the license to the concerned store.

4. Providing the necessary documents to the Consultant.

5. Preparing the file for the reply to the notice.

6. Preparing a file of documents for the consultants.

7. During the Emergency, one had to go to government offices to submit files.

8. In case of an emergency, will have to go to court to get a document notarized.

9. If any information is required from the store, you will need to coordinate with the relevant store staff.

10. to make PO and GRN for the consultants' bills will need to be processed.

Preferred candidate profile

Looking for candidate who reside near by area, Will to travel to Govt Office, Should Know MS Office
