Job Description

As an EQA Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of our car advertisements by reviewing photo and video materials and making adjustments where necessary. You will ensure that all advertisements meet AUTO1 Group's quality standards, helping customers access accurate and detailed information to make confident purchasing decisions.

The team plays an important role in ensuring high-quality car advertisements and delivering the best possible experience for our customers.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Review and evaluate car advertisements to ensure they meet AUTO1 Group's quality standards.
• Analyse photo and video materials and make adjustments where necessary.
• Optimise vehicle photos according to corporate guidelines.
• Assess and estimate vehicle damage based on available photo materials.
• Ensure that vehicle damage is accurately reflected in advertisements.
• Identify and correct quality issues to maintain consistent standards.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate in English. German or other languages are an advantage.
• Some experience in a car-related role.
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and reliability.
• Basic PC skills and familiarity with Gmail.
• Experience with photo-editing software and Google Sheets is an advantage.
• A quality-focused mindset and the ability to follow established guidelines.

Additional information:

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Group, Kompleksi E88, Rruga Dritan Hoxha, Laprakë, Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
