Back Office Operation Executive

• Manage, update, and maintain daily operational data and records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Advanced Excel.
• Handle large datasets and perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation.
• Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and nested formulas.
• Create Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, dashboards, and management reports.
• Use conditional formatting, data validation, sorting, and filtering for data analysis.
• Prepare reports to track operational performance, productivity, and key business metrics.
• Identify data discrepancies and ensure accuracy and consistency across records.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure data confidentiality.
• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Advanced Excel functions.
• Practical experience with Pivot Tables, dashboards, and MIS reporting.
• Knowledge of data cleaning, data analysis, and reconciliation.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
