Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage backend operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and processes.
• Provide back office support to the team, handling queries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Oversee backend processing, including data entry, document scanning, and record maintenance.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all activities and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues and improve overall efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in back office operations or a related field.
• Strong understanding of backend operations, back office support, and backend process management.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for document preparation and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
