Team Handling + LOS & LMS handling (File Processing, Disbursement & Collection Recon)
Lead process automation for operational excellence.
Required Candidate profile
Commerce/Business graduate, MBA preferred
10+ yrs ops mgmt. in NBFC/MFI/Banking with 5+ yrs leadership.
Strong RBI/regulatory knowledge, strategy, MIS, automation, quality & change management skills
