Eligibility & Qualifications

• Education: B.Com Graduate; candidates graduated between 2021 and 2025

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Preferred Knowledge: Banking domain, including:

• Personal Loans

• Loan Against Property (LAP)

• Home Loans

• Life Insurance

• General Insurance

• Mandatory Knowledge: KYC, Loans, Insurance, and basic Banking

• Typing Speed: Minimum 20 WPM

• Age: 1830 years

• Gender: Male candidates are preferred.

• Work Details

• Shift: Rotational

• Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM / 2:00 PM–11:00 PM

• Night Shift: 8:00 PM–5:00 AM / 9:00 PM–6:00 AM

• Take-Home Salary: Approximately 15,000 per month

• Night Shift Allowance: 75 per day

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Week Off: 1 rotational week off
