Duties

• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and professionally, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
• Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service
• Assist with food running duties by delivering dishes from the kitchen to the dining area swiftly and safely
• Support the front-of-house team with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining space
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of food trays, supplies, and equipment following safe lifting practices
• Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to food safety standards and sanitation protocols
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order accuracy and timing
• Assist in basic food preparation or setup as needed to support smooth restaurant operations
• Maintain cleanliness by performing regular cleaning duties including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing work areas

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality environments
• Strong communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with team members and interact positively with guests
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing
• Experience in bussing, serving, or banquet settings is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic kitchen experience or food preparation skills are advantageous

Pay: $16.90 - $29.14 per hour
