Duties

Assist servers with food running, delivering dishes promptly and accurately to guests’ tables

Maintain cleanliness by clearing tables, bussing dishes, and resetting tables efficiently

Support food preparation and handling in accordance with food safety standards

Perform heavy lifting tasks such as moving supplies, boxes, or equipment using safe lifting practices

Ensure proper manual handling techniques during cleaning, stocking, and setup activities

Help with in-person customer service by greeting guests and addressing basic inquiries with a friendly attitude

Uphold high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout all duties, including cleaning kitchen and dining areas

Assist in banquet setups or special event support as needed to ensure smooth service flow

Qualifications

Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred; familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus

Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and proper cleaning protocols

Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while following safe lifting practices

Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests

Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
