Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering food from the kitchen to guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Support the serving staff by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables quickly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area.
• Handle food handling duties with strict adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to relay orders accurately.
• Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting the culinary team in maintaining quality standards.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including side stations and dining spaces, to uphold hygiene standards and operational efficiency.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with food handling, serving techniques, and restaurant operations enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous for efficient order processing.
• Banquet or catering experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in various service settings.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for providing outstanding guest services.
