About the role
Backend Developer (Node.js / NestJS) at Mid / Senior level.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and NestJS.
- Build robust and scalable APIs for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product teams.
- Optimize performance, implement security best practices, and troubleshoot issues.
- Participate in database schema design and migrations (MariaDB & PostgreSQL).
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Node.js and NestJS frameworks.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture.
- Experience with MariaDB or PostgreSQL (or similar relational DBs).
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
