Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with 2+ years of experience in developing scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Python, Node.js, and FastAPI and be comfortable working with databases, APIs, cloud services, and modern development tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend applications and RESTful APIs.
• Build backend services using Python, FastAPI, and Node.js.
• Design and integrate third-party APIs and services.
• Develop secure authentication and authorization systems.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Optimize application performance and backend architecture.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and project managers.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Ensure backend applications are secure, reliable, and scalable.

Required Technical Skills:

• Languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Backend: FastAPI, Node.js, Express.js
• API: REST API, JSON, Webhooks, API Integration
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
• ORM/ODM: SQLAlchemy, Prisma/Mongoose
• Authentication: JWT, OAuth 2.0
• Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab
• Testing: PyTest, Jest/Postman
• Deployment: Docker, CI/CD
• Cloud: AWS/Azure basics
• Web Servers: Nginx, Uvicorn/Gunicorn
• Other: Microservices, caching, background jobs, asynchronous programming

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of Python, Node.js, and FastAPI.
• Good understanding of database design and optimization.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with AI/ML API integrations.
• Experience with payment gateway integrations.
• Experience with cloud deployment and AWS services.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience handling high-volume APIs and background processing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
