About the Role

You build the server-side logic, databases and APIs behind our websites, apps and business software (CRM, ERP, HRM), with a focus on reliability and security.

What Youll Do

• Design and build secure, scalable REST APIs.

• Design database schemas, write efficient queries and manage migrations.

• Implement login, roles and permissions, payments, notifications and third-party integrations.

• Build backend modules for CRM, ERP and HRM products.

• Write clean, tested and documented code.

• Deploy, monitor and maintain live systems, and fix production issues.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Node.js or PHP (Laravel).

• Solid knowledge of MySQL, and familiarity with MongoDB or PostgreSQL.

• Understanding of API design, authentication (JWT, OAuth) and server basics.

• Git and deployment experience.

Bonus Points

• Docker, Redis, queues, CI/CD, cloud platforms.

• Payment gateway, CRM or ERP integration experience.
