Job Title: Backend Developer – API Development & Integration

Job Description

VANDYMOND GLOBAL PVT LTD is looking for a motivated Backend Developer to develop, maintain, and improve secure and scalable backend systems, REST APIs, and database solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain REST APIs.
• Create and manage backend services using Node.js, Express.js, or similar technologies.
• Develop and manage MySQL or other relational databases.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and OTP verification services.
• Configure API keys, environment variables, authentication, and authorization securely.
• Protect API keys and sensitive credentials from unauthorized access.
• Implement input validation, error handling, logging, and API security.
• Integrate backend APIs with Android applications and web applications.
• Debug issues, optimize performance, and maintain technical documentation.
• Work with GitHub, Git, and standard software development workflows.
• Follow company SOPs and provide regular project progress reports.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of backend development and REST API architecture.
• Experience with Node.js, Express.js, JavaScript, and databases.
• Understanding of API keys, environment variables, JWT authentication, and secure API integration.
• Familiarity with GitHub, Postman, JSON, and HTTP methods.
• Basic knowledge of server deployment and cloud hosting.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing production-ready APIs.
• Experience integrating Android applications with backend services.
• Knowledge of API security, database design, and debugging.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
