About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer Intern with strong expertise in Python and Django to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in RESTful services, real-time communication protocols, and database management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Django
• Build and optimize REST APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF)
• Implement real-time features using WebSockets
• Integrate IoT communication using MQTT protocol
• Design and manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Write clean, reusable, and scalable code
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
• Maintain version control using Git and GitHub
• Perform API testing using Postman
• Deploy and manage applications on Linux (Ubuntu) environments

Required SkillsProgramming

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with Django Framework
• Solid understanding of Django REST Framework (DRF)

Real-Time & Communication

• Experience with WebSocket implementation
• Hands-on experience with MQTT protocol

Databases

• Experience with:
• MySQL
• PostgreSQL
• MongoDB
• Database design and optimization skills

Tools & Environment

• Linux (Ubuntu) environment handling
• Git & GitHub for version control
• Postman for API testing

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
