Job Summary

Design scalable backend microservices using Node.js or PHP for high-volume transactions. Build APIs and webhook integration pipelines for WhatsApp Business API, RCS, SMS, and Email. Implement and maintain message fallback routing and retry queues. Monitor database performance, index queries, and ensure maximum API server uptime.

• Familiarity with CPaaS, SMS aggregators, or telecom protocols is a strong plus.
