Backend Developer- ( Python Stack)

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer (Python Stack) with strong expertise in backend development, API development, database management, performance optimization, and scalable system design.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable backend applications using Python.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs using Django / Flask.
• Design and optimize database queries using MySQL / PostgreSQL.
• Implement Redis caching and asynchronous workflows.
• Debug and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability.
• Work on API performance, scalability, and backend optimization.
• Collaborate with Product, Frontend, QA, DevOps, and other teams.
• Support AWS-based deployments and scalable backend infrastructure.
• Follow best practices for coding, security, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Python.
• Hands-on experience with Django / Flask.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs.
• Experience with Redis & Caching.
• Good knowledge of MySQL / PostgreSQL.
• Basic understanding of NGINX.
• Good knowledge of Linux fundamentals.
• Strong Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and problem-solving skills.

Interview Process

Round 1: Written Assessment – Technical and problem-solving assessment.
