Backend Developer (Python/Node.js)

Job Descriptions:

• Develop and maintain scalable and maintainable backend services using NestJS and FastAPI.
• Design, build, and manage workflow automation using n8n to integrate various systems and business processes.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs with internal applications and third-party services.
• Collaborate with Product and AI teams to implement solutions based on LLM, RAG, and AI Agents.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure application quality and security.
• Manage source code using Git and follow software development best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Willing to work fully onsite (WFO) in North Jakarta.
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or Information Systems with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Experience as a Backend Developer using Python or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with n8n workflow automation and familiarity with NestJS.
• Familiar with REST APIs, Git, Docker, and application deployment.
• Experience with LLM, RAG, or AI Agent development is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
