Backend Developer Typescript/SQL

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer – Data Engineering with 6–10 years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in backend development, SQL, database management, API development, and backend architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services.
• Write, optimize, and manage complex SQL queries and database operations.
• Work with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Design and implement backend architecture and system solutions.
• Work on data processing and database-related requirements.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and production issues.
• Implement secure, reliable, and maintainable backend solutions.
• Integrate internal and third-party APIs/services.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Work closely with engineering, QA, product, and other teams.
• Take ownership of assigned technical tasks from development through delivery.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of relevant backend development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and backend development.
• Experience with TypeScript (backend), JavaScript, or Rust is an advantage.
• Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and API integration.
• Knowledge of Backend Architecture & System Design.
• Experience with API Security and Performance Optimization.
• Understanding of scalable and maintainable backend development.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
