Backend Developer(Java, AWS & System Design)-Prod based Startup- Pune

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Position: Senior Backend Developer
• Experience: 2+yrs
• Location: Yerwada, Pune
• Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days in office and 2 Days in home) for both Pune and Mumbai location.
• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Travel: 1% - 5%

Expected Deliverables

• Design and develop core platform features processing millions of transactions
• Drive technical decisions and initiatives that shape our platform's future
• Take ownership to close critical time-bound product requirements.

Required Experience and Skill set

• 2+ years of end-to-end backend development in product-based companies
• Hands-on experience in building and scaling distributed systems.
• Strong command over Java and Spring Boot ecosystem
• Experience in AWS cloud technologies
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (LLMs, Copilot IDEs) preferred
