About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and skilled IT professionals to join TechnoPro IT Co., Ltd. in Japan. Whether your expertise lies in building robust backend architectures or designing scalable cloud infrastructure, you will play a critical role in driving cutting-edge enterprise solutions and AI-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development Track: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance enterprise applications using Java , integrate ERP systems, and implement machine learning/AI functionalities.
• Infrastructure Engineering Track: Manage, optimize, and secure Linux environments, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise networks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional international teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure technical solutions.
• Participate in full-cycle software/infrastructure development, from initial architecture planning to deployment and maintenance.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in either Java/ERP/AI development or Linux/Cloud/Network infrastructure .
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technology innovation.
• Cross-cultural communication skills and a readiness to thrive in a vibrant international work environment in Japan.

💰 Compensation & The Total Rewards Package

Monthly Base Salary: 300,000 to 420,000 JPY.

Annual Base Salary: 3,000,000 to 5,000,000 JPY.
