Backend Engineer, Developer & End-user Experience Platform

For our client, we are seeking a Backend Engineer, Developer & End-user Experience Platform to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will focus on building and improving secure backend capabilities that support modern authentication and identity experiences for enterprise users. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape scalable services that strengthen access management, streamline user onboarding, and support ongoing platform innovation. The work will have meaningful impact on the reliability, security, and usability of the company's enterprise-facing technology stack.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the expansion of the company's OAuth offering
• Develop and enhance SSO and SCIM products for enterprise users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a next-generation authentication platform
• Support AI integration into authentication services
• Design secure identity and access management solutions

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with backend infrastructure
• Experience building scalable systems
• Familiarity with AWS
• Experience with Java or Ruby
