About the role
We are seeking a talented and driven Backend/Full-stack Developer to join our growing team and continue to make the pace-setters in the leasing technology space. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and other engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of the various teams and the business's customers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate about creating clean, efficient, scalable code and is excited to take on new challenges in an ever-growing landscape.
Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical solutions based on business and stakeholder requirements
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and external parties
• Write clean, well-documented, maintainable, and testable code
• Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards
• Ensure application security, data privacy, and compliance
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and maintain existing systems
• Provide technical support and share knowledge across teams
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and development practices

About you

• Proven experience as a Backend or Full-stack Developer
• Strong hands-on experience with Golang (Go)
• Proficiency in MySQL databases
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Understanding of application security and secure coding practices
• Experience using Git for version control
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with unit testing and integration testing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools and development techniques

Schedule: Monday to Friday 6AM-3PM PH
Work Location: Homebased
