Backend Engineer (Golang)

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services and APIs to support business and product requirements
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following established development standards
• Collaborate with Product, Frontend, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in development and production environments
• Work with databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance
• Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in Backend Development or Software Engineering
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as Go (preferred), Java, Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar
• Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and basic database design principles
• Understanding of version control systems such as Git
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
