Backend Executive – Job Description

Job Summary:

The Backend Executive will be responsible for handling backend office operations, data management, documentation, record maintenance, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day backend administrative activities.
• Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and Excel sheets.
• Prepare, verify, and organize documents and records.
• Maintain digital and physical files properly.
• Handle emails, reports, and internal communications.
• Coordinate with different departments for required information and documentation.
• Track pending tasks, documents, and requests.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports as required.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company data.
• Support the front office, HR, and operations teams when required.
• Perform other backend and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and computer applications.
• Good typing and data-entry skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 0–2 years

Pay: ₹14,029.55 - ₹17,553.13 per month
