Backend Executive

• Receive, review, and process customer orders for gold jewelry, bullion, coins, and other precious metal products.
• Verify order details, including product specifications, purity (e.g., 18K, 22K), weight, quantity, pricing, and customer information.
• Generate sales orders, invoices, delivery challans, and shipping documentation in the system.
• Track order status from confirmation through dispatch and delivery, providing regular updates to internal teams and customers.
• Maintain accurate order records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Ensure all transactions comply with company SOPs, hallmarking requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Resolve order-related issues promptly and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
