Position: Backend Executive – Logistics Operations

Job Overview

We are looking for an organized and proactive Backend Executive to join our Logistics Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Query Resolution: Handle incoming customer inquiries regarding material dispatches, provide prompt updates, and issue Lorry Receipts (LR) / consignment notes.
• Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate closely with the internal dispatch team to ensure orders are packed, loaded, and dispatched on schedule.
• Transporter Liaison: Communicate daily with transport vendors and logistics partners to negotiate early pick-ups, track shipments, and expedite final deliveries.
• Shipment Tracking & LR Management: Track the real-time movement of shipments, resolve transit delays, and maintain accurate records of LR details and delivery statuses in the system.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily dispatch logs, track proof of delivery (POD), and update management on shipment statuses.
• Ad-Hoc Operational Tasks: Perform additional operational or administrative tasks as assigned by line managers and higher authorities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience relevant expereince.
• Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and standard email etiquette.
• Communication: Clear written communication skills in Hindi & English and excellent verbal communication.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Strong follow-up skills, phone etiquette, and the ability to handle customer pressure calmly.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹11,855.78 - ₹21,323.61 per month
