Backend Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Continuously call the database of property owners, developers, brokers and coworking / managed office teams to check availability and source new inventory.

• Understand client requirements and identify suitable property options. • Verify rent, CAM, deposit, parking, possession, furnishing and other commercial details before sharing.

• Collect photos, layouts, floor plans, brochures and other property information.

• Regularly update inventory in Excel, CRM and relevant WhatsApp groups.

• Keep the leasing team informed about new inventory, upcoming vacancies, revised commercials, owner feedback and market updates.

• Prepare property proposals and comparison sheets in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Support the front-end team with property details, WhatsApp messages, emails and other communication.

• Coordinate site visit appointments with owners, brokers, developers and operators.

• Reconfirm availability and visit details before every site visit.

• Coordinate post-visit requirements, revised options, owner feedback and follow ups.

• Maintain updated client requirements, proposals, visits and next actions in CRM / trackers.

• Develop strong relationships with owners, builders, brokers and coworking sales teams.

• Continuously add new properties and contacts to the company database.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate preferred.

• 03 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Good communication and calling skills.

• Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, email and CRM.

• Strong follow-up, coordination and organisational skills.

• Knowledge of Pune commercial real estate will be an advantage.
