What they need
Responsible for managing backend operations and providing technical and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the institute's online learning platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain online lectures, including uploading, organizing, and updating video content on the YouTube.
- Monitor lecture schedules, ensure timely uploads, and maintain accurate daily lecture trackers.
- Coordinate with faculty and internal teams regarding lecture updates, scheduling issues, and technical concerns.
- Provide technical support for technical issues, including student access, ID activation, and lecture availability.
- Ensure accuracy, timely updates, and smooth coordination of daily operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
