Backend / Full-Stack Developer (AI-Native)

Fulltime job. WFO - South Jakarta

What you will do:

• Backend Development: Design and own the backend powering our digital employees, including agent orchestration, tool execution, task queues, scheduling, memory, and state management.
• System Integrations: Build integrations with the tools real estate agents use daily, including WhatsApp, calendars, email, MLS, and transaction data.
• Reliability & Performance: Ensure system reliability through idempotency, retries, observability, and evaluations. A digital employee that silently misses a deadline is worse than no employee.
• Full-Stack Development: Build user-facing features when needed. You're capable across the stack, but backend development is your core strength.
• AI-Assisted Development: Use Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI coding tools to accelerate development. We value shipped results over hours worked.

What we're looking for:

• Backend Experience: 3+ years of production backend engineering experience with Node.js or Python, PostgreSQL, asynchronous processing, queue architecture, and cloud deployment.
• Full-Stack Capability: Proficiency in TypeScript, React, or Next.js, with the ability to develop and deliver features end-to-end independently.
• AI Agent Development: Hands-on experience building LLM-powered agents used by real users, including tool use, memory management, and error handling — beyond basic prompt wrappers.
• AI Coding Tools: Regular use of Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor, with a practical understanding of their limitations and how to work around them.
• Problem-Solving: Strong debugging skills and experience troubleshooting production systems.
• Communication: Working proficiency in written and spoken English.
