Backend Golang Developer (ASAP)

Location & Work Type: Remote (office in Grogol Petamburan, West Jakarta) — 1–2x in-office visits per 2 weeks as needed
Contract: 3 months (extendable)

TipTip operates in the digital platform space with a focus on e-commerce and payment services, and is seeking a backend developer to support the growth and stability of its transaction systems.

Job Description

• Develop and maintain backend services using Golang
• Build and enhance e-commerce and payment-related features
• Integrate with payment gateways and third-party APIs
• Write APIs based on PRD and RFC
• Write API documentation using Postman
• Collaborate with QA and Front End teams to adjust, fix, and test product features
• Work with Front End and QA teams to reproduce, analyze, and fix bug reports from production
• Write post-mortem documentation for production bugs
• Write database migration files for new features
• Conduct code review with the Backend team during pull requests
• Help improve existing APIs
• Implement additional features on existing functionality

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Golang Developer (middle to senior level)
• Experience in e-commerce or payment system development (primary requirement)
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Familiar with microservices architecture
• Familiar with tech stack: Go, Git, Grafana, Postman, Jira, Postgres, N8N, SQS, Redis
• Nice-to-have: good teamwork and problem-solving skills
