Backend Operations Manager (Offline)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage backend operations, stock flow, replenishment & dispatch.
• Monitor GT coverage, orders, sales & outlet performance.
• Support flagship store operations and inventory management.
• Coordinate with franchise partners and ensure SOP compliance.
• Develop operational reports, dashboards & KPIs.
• Drive process improvements and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in Retail/Trade/Distribution Operations.
• Strong knowledge of GT, retail & franchise operations.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
