What they need
*We’re Hiring – Backend Operations Manager (Sales Coordinator)*
*Location:* Chennai
*Industry:* Apparel / Fashion Retail
*Experience:* Relevant 8+ Years of experience in Backend Operations / Sales Coordination / Sales Administration
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for stock availability and seasonal demand
- Manage inventory planning, stock replenishment and vendor coordination
- Ensure timely product deliveries and minimize stock discrepancies
- Prepare MIS reports and improve backend operational efficiency
*Requirements:*
- Experience in Apparel / Fashion Retail preferred
- Background in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, Sales Support or Backend Operations
- Knowledge of inventory planning, MS Excel, ERP and MIS reporting
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Hindi-speaking is mandatory
- Willingness to travel occasionally
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
