Python Backend Developer

Location: Gurugram | Hyderabad | Noida
Work Mode: Hybrid 3 days/week from office

Role Overview

We are looking for a Python Backend Developer to build and maintain backend applications, APIs, data pipelines, and AI/LLM-based automation solutions.

The candidate should have strong experience in Python, SQL, APIs, LLM integration, DevOps, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Backend Development

• Develop and maintain backend applications and APIs using Python.
• Work with frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Build and maintain data pipelines.
• Work with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Handle database design, query optimization, indexing, and migrations.

2. AI & Automation

• Integrate LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms.
• Build LLM-powered automation workflows.
• Use prompt engineering to improve the quality and reliability of AI outputs.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes.
• Experience with LangChain or similar agent frameworks is a plus.

3. DevOps & Cloud

• Use Git, Docker, and CI/CD for development and deployment.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Monitor applications and troubleshoot production issues.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is a plus.

4. Collaboration

• Work closely with technical and non-technical teams.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Write clear technical documentation.
• Communicate effectively and question unclear requirements when needed.

Experience

• 5–7 years of backend software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python backend development.
• Practical experience with LLM/GenAI integration is required.
