📌 What you will do:

• ⚙️ Feature Implementation: Design and implement core backend features in Go .
• 🏗️ Architecture & Quality: Perform architectural and code reviews to ensure clean, resilient code.
• 🔄 Agile Leadership: Drive estimation, planning, and requirements tracking within your SCRUM team.
• 📊 Process & Delivery: Participate in requirement analysis and help optimize the development process.

🎯 What we are looking for:

• Go Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Backend Engineer with strong Golang knowledge.
• Distributed Systems & Cloud: Proven experience building resilient, scalable distributed systems on Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Containers & Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Docker/containers and Kubernetes .
• APIs & Data Protocols: Proficiency with OpenAPI and gRPC .
• Databases & Streaming: Strong knowledge of NoSQL, relational, and in-memory databases ( Postgres, Redis, Elasticsearch ) plus streaming/ingestion tools ( Apache Flink, Telegraf ).
• Tooling: GitHub expertise.

⚡ Nice to have:

• Experience with CI/CD tools (TeamCity, Jenkins, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Enterprise environments.
