Backend Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tailored quotations based on client requirements, project specifications, and business objectives.
• Conduct price negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes while maintaining profitability.
• Address client queries and concerns promptly to deliver a seamless and professional customer experience.
• Coordinate client appointments, meetings, and calls with senior management to support business development and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team in preparing business plans, financial models, and scope of work (SOW) documentation.
• Draft and review professional business correspondence, client proposals, agreements, presentations, and other business documents.

• Be self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Hold a graduate degree in B.Com, B.A., BBA, or a related discipline.
• Possess working knowledge of MS Excel; proficiency will be considered an added advantage.
• Have prior experience in client coordination, business development, administration, or a client-facing role (preferred).
• Be based along Mumbai's Western Line for convenient commuting and coordination.
