Backend Software Engineer

Overview

• As a core member of the Intelligent Digital Banking technology team, you will be responsible for building high-performance, highly available financial-grade backend service systems. You will deeply participate in the development of AI-driven intelligent banking core business systems, designing and implementing scalable microservices architectures to provide stable and reliable API support for frontend applications and AI services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the backend architecture design and development of the intelligent digital banking core business system.
• Design and implement high-concurrency, highly available microservices architectures to support financial-grade transaction processing.
• Collaborate with the AI team to build backend integration frameworks and data pipelines for AI model services.
• Develop core financial business logic, including account management, transaction processing, and risk control systems.
• Design and optimize database architectures to ensure data consistency and query performance.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and establish robust unit testing and integration testing frameworks.
• Participate in system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and ensure stable system operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of Java backend development experience with a solid programming foundation.
• Proficient in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and other microservices frameworks.
• Familiar with NoSQL databases such as Elasticsearch and MongoDB.
• Skilled in PostgreSQL, Redis, and other database technologies, with database design and optimization capabilities.
• In-depth understanding of multi-threaded programming, JVM tuning, and distributed system design.
• Familiar with message queues (Kafka) and caching technologies (Redis).
• Experience in cloud-native development, with knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent system analysis and problem-solving skills, with a strong commitment to code quality and best practices.
