We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Backend Support Staff to join our team. In this role, you will keep operational workflows seamless—handling ticket processing, data management, and operational coordination to ensure top-tier service delivery for Converge subscribers.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
· Graduate of any Computer related program
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and Google workspace
· Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
· Fast typing speed (40+ WPM preferred) with high accuracy in data entry and database maintenance
