Backend Support Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining backend systems, databases, and APIs
• Monitor system performance and report bugs or anomalies
• Write and test scripts to automate routine tasks
• Support data validation, cleanup, and migration efforts
• Collaborate with developers to improve internal tools and dashboards
• Document backend processes and update technical manuals

Requirements

• Bachelors degree (pursuing or completed) in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Familiarity with databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to work full-time from office
