Backend Support Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Backend Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work with complex processes and large sets of information.

• Work extensively with spreadsheets and maintain accurate records.

• Ensure accuracy and quality across assigned tasks.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and meet deadlines.

• Collaborate with team members and relevant stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling business and customer-related information.

• Experience working with spreadsheets, data reconciliation, or reporting will be an advantage.
