Background Screening Analyst and Customer Support

T-Mate is looking for an experienced Background Screening Analyst and Customer Support who will support company operations by executing background checks and ensuring that information provided to and from clients is complete and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

Background Checks:

• Conduct background checks on individuals using company tools and resources.
• Perform detailed reviews of search results and determine if records are reportable to clients.

Customer Order Management:

• Review incoming orders, identify, perform, and assign searches.
• Manage and process customer orders.

Customer Support:

• Receive and respond to customer inquiries and support requests through phone and email.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Office Support:

• Support additional office tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Absolute Must-Haves:

• Must have appropriate work set-up: quiet (preferably private) home office space.
• Must have customer service oriented mindset.
• Must be a quick learner and ready to take initiative
• Excellent English Communication Skills
• With a Laptop/PC with at least an i5 Processor or similar specification
• DSL Internet connection at least 100mbps and backup internet and power supply.
• Available to work in the Central US Timezone

Nice-to-Haves:

• Previous experience performing background checks
• Experience using specialized background screening software or tools
• Experience with the US Court System or working as a background screener.
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant in the USA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
