Roles and Responsibility

• Verify customer backgrounds through various channels, including phone, email, and physical visits.
• Conduct thorough research to identify potential risks or issues with customer backgrounds.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or concerns related to background verification.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of all background verification activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in background verification.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond professionally to customer inquiries.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in background verification or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of BPO/Call Centre operations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools used in background verification.
