Background verification Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct employment verification and end-to-end background verification processes
• Perform document validation, data processing, and ensure accuracy of records
• Maintain verification reports, databases, and operational trackers
• Handle backend HR operations and coordinate with internal teams/clients for case closure

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Background Verification (BGV) or backend HR operations
• Good communication, problem solving skill, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage HR verification processes efficiently
• Preferred Languages : Kannada, Hindi , and English
• Interview mode : Face to Face Interview

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
