Backhoe Loader Driver

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled, safety-conscious, and experienced JCB Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a JCB backhoe loader efficiently across various construction, excavation, and infrastructure sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Safely and efficiently operate JCB backhoe loaders for tasks including excavation, digging, trenching, backfilling, grading, slope cutting, and loading materials.
• Site Execution: Coordinate closely with site supervisors, engineers, and crew members to complete tasks accurately according to project requirements.
• Maintenance & Checks: Conduct routine daily pre- and post-operation checks (checking oil, water, fuel, tires, hydraulics) and report any mechanical faults or damages immediately.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of [1 to 5] years of proven experience operating a JCB / Backhoe Loader.
• License: Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) driving license and/or official Heavy Equipment Operator certification.
