What they need
- Operate backhoe safely and efficiently for excavation, trenching, grading, and material handling, particularly in sheet piling and foundation works.
- Operate vibro hammer (vibratory pile driver) to drive and extract sheet piles accurately according to project specifications.
- Assist in aligning and positioning sheet piles and in setting up associated equipment.
- Conduct daily equipment checks, perform routine maintenance, and report any faults or issues immediately.
- Work closely with engineers, site supervisors, and the rigging team to ensure safe and timely pile installation.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations, wearing appropriate PPE and promoting a safe work environment.
- Maintain accurate logs of work completed, machine use, and maintenance activities.
