- Excavation & Earthmoving: Dig trenches, foundations, and holes to precise project specifications or blueprint marks.
- Loading & Backfilling: Move dirt, gravel, and debris; fill trenches; and load trucks with loose materials.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-start and post-shift inspections, check fluid levels, lubricate joints, and report mechanical faults.
- Site Safety: Follow strict workplace safety rules, watch for underground utilities, and use stabilizing outriggers correctly.
