What you'll do

This is a role with many hats. Here's a taste of what your days will include:

• Support and communicate with our wholesale sales network and retail customers
• Solve customer queries by phone and email
• Monitor sales through our ERP system
• Follow up on logistics and merchandise deliveries
• Work daily with our headquarters in Málaga, Spain, in English or Spanish
• Help with translating texts to and from English or Spanish

What we're looking for

• University, T.E.I. or I.E.K. degree (preferably in business administration, management or marketing)
• Very good knowledge of English
• Spanish will be considered an asset, and so will a genuine willingness to learn it
• Excellent command of the Internet and Excel
• Strong written communication skills
• A positive, dynamic personality with good organizational skills, able to multitask and cooperate with all departments
• Previous experience is not required. We'll train you.
