Backoffice Support Customer Services Sales

• Create service offers and service contracts for public and private customers;
• Create offers for spare parts and SOC;
• Create offers for relocations, installations, etc.
• Collaborate with the Service Sales teams, CS OTC and FI;
• Following sales targets;
• Maintain service funnel and other relevant tools;
• Receive and verify/evaluate service contracts from private customers. Obtain internal signatures. Return signed contracts to customers and archive them.

Work Experience

• Higher education completed or in the process of completion.
• Public procurement knowledge – Basic
• Organizational capacity and focus on details.
• English knowledge – Intermediate or higher
• Microsoft Office – Intermediate
• Very good communication skills.
