Job Title: Baggage Escort

Job Summary:

Khush Aamdeed is seeking a professional, courteous, and reliable Porter for delivering exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with baggage handling and providing meet-and-greet support throughout the airport journey. As the first point of contact for many travelers, the Porter will represent the company's commitment to ensuring a comfortable, efficient, and premium travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers with handling, transporting, and loading/unloading baggage using appropriate equipment.
• Escort passengers through airport terminals, including check-in, security, immigration, baggage claim, and arrivals/departures, in accordance with airport regulations.
• Ensure baggage is handled safely and securely to minimize the risk of damage or loss.
• Respond promptly to passenger inquiries and provide accurate information or direct passengers to the appropriate airport services.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the organization positively at all times.
• Comply with all airport security, safety, and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• Matric or Inter.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, airport operations, or baggage handling is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic English Communication skills or understanding.
