Job Description Receptionist Bajaj (KORBA C.G)

Greet customers and visitors in a professional and polite manner

Handle incoming phone calls and customer enquiries

Guide customers regarding vehicle sales service and finance enquiries

Maintain customer records and daily enquiry registers

Coordinate with the sales service and accounts departments

Schedule customer appointments and follow up on enquiries

Provide accurate information about Bajaj bikes offers and services

Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization

Assist customers with basic documentation and formalities

Handle customer feedback and ensure a positive customer experience

Maintain daily reports and other office records

Must have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge

Work Location: In person
