Baker Assistant

*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and creating delicious treats in a fast-paced environment. *Responsibilities* - Prepare and bake a variety of goods such as bread, pastries, and desserts - Follow recipes and adhere to quality standards - Operate baking equipment effectively and safely - Decorate cakes and pastries as needed - Package baked goods for display or sale - Maintain a clean and organized work area *Experience* - Proven experience in baking, food production, or a related field - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations - Strong customer service skills - Familiarity with food handling procedures - Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry is a plus - Cake decorating skills are desirable

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
